4. Payments & Escrow

To ensure total security, we support and often recommend the use of third-party escrow services. Payments are structured based on agreed-upon milestones and deliverables.

5. Compliance

LevelXPR operates within the legal frameworks of the regions we service. We do not engage in unauthorized hacking; our recovery and claim services utilize official internal portal channels and policy-based appeals.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain a near-perfect success rate, digital platforms are controlled by third parties (Meta, ByteDance, Google). LevelXPR is not liable for platform-wide policy changes or algorithmic updates beyond our control.
